When do I get my Elite package?

Hi Everybody-

This has probably been discussed elsewhere, but a search yielded no fruit. I would like to know how soon after qualifying for Elite status I can expect the card and goodies to come? I will qualify in about 3 weeks for Silver.

Speaking of goodies, what can I expect to come with the card as a Silver for membership through 3/08? Anything besides drink coupons and the card?

Grazie mille.

It takes 45-60 days, but you dont really need the card for anything, because Elite will show on your boarding pass. The rest of the stuff in the package can be discarded. As far as drink coupons, you're probably thinking SWA not CO

The drink coupons are in the form of continental currency which can be used for headsets and drinks. Congrats on your elite status.

CO is pretty quick about promoting you once you've earned a new rank. I had a friend who earned Silver on a business trip. She left on Monday; upon her return on Thursday morning, the Elite status showed up on the boarding pass.

Congrats!

I think I will for AS, as I sometimes fly them (as you earn full EQMs for all booking codes and I'm based out of SEA). I know they don't offer priority security, but I can get priority boarding as a CO Elite (I think).

Beyond that, I've heard issues raised about Elite Access not being printed on reward tickets, so that's kind of important too.

As for the status, I was actually comped to Silver because I had about 30K EQMs booked when I called the OPSC. I've already enjoyed the benefits. For example, I am 5/5 for EUAs.
