I was thinking about a Vincom memorial thread
 

I think in Vincom's honor we should have a memorial thread. The kind of thread that you can go fetch an dadd onto every once in a while. Something like the being young and elite thread or celeb thread. One idea I had was:

The vincom memorial great CO service thread

Since he loved the "consistent" service this were good CO customer service could be reported.

Any thoughts?

BTW, I don't think I am the right person to start the thread it would better if someone who actually knew him did and wrote a short note in the first post about him and his contributions to FT and the CO boards in partictuar and described the purpose of the thread ( keep hi memory alive, etc)

Any volunteers? or other ideas?

I concur, excellent idea.

Not to steal your thunder, but could take it a step further with ad-hoc awards for great a la vincom posts, like:

"Great post on EWR GA flippant attitude! I nominate you for a Vincom Capecod award."

Im not sure if this is approiate..but does anyone have a pic of Vin..I allways wondered what he looked like.

I think that is a GREAT idea ;) !! I thought something like that has to be done too. We are all going to really miss Vincent's posts and company at at all future flyertalk events.
