2006 Kit
 
When I sent e-mail to Onepass customer service on Mar 11,
CO agent told me that the kit will be delivered to me in 2 weeks.

When I got back to them on Mar 31 again,
They got back to me on Apr 2 &
confirmed that the kit will be delivered to me in 3~4 weeks.

Today is Apr 30.
Where is my 2006 Kit?
Any ideas?

Lost in the mail is my guess. For a few years I had problems getting a PC card; they told me that it was mailed, but it never arrived--about three years in a row. I assume it got lost. I suspect that's what has probably happened in your case.
