CO survey about my AVOD experience
i got an email today (actually 7 of them back to back. must be a glitch) asking to take a survery regarding my recent experience on my recent AVOD equipped 752 flight.
first off it was interesting that CO is able to track that so easily. second, the trip in question was iah-msy.
regardless, i did use it, loved it and took the survery. i gave it high marks in hopes that they would add it to other AC. the system is awesome however, the touch screen has very little buttons and people with big fingers may find it annoying.
i got 500 bonus miles for taking it.
