But what may have happened to me is that I boarded before the U/G had cleared. Maybe they held the seat until 15 mins out. Then when there's a no show the seat opens up. I feel if there were monitors posted outside or something equivelent, I could have seen that I was #1 for an upgrade and known that the guy in 10B didnt deserve it.....Problem solved.
