Joining PC... How long to start using?
 

I plan on buying a PC membership on Monday morning, once the Service Center opens. How soon once I sign up and pay can I start using it? Would I be able to enter the clubs immediately, or do I need to wait for my card? I have 3 flights this week with one having a long layover. I'd love to be able to take advantage of them right away.

its all computerized. Once you're a member it shows up on your onepass profile:

You can even join right in the club and enter immediately.

I did the same thing last week - signed up for a PC membership right before travelling. The representative I talked to warned me to print out the receipt/confirmation email and bring it with me, since I would be flying Delta and hoped to use the Crown Rooms. Technically, they don't have to let you in to the CRC until you receive the actual card, but with the receipt and boarding pass, I had no problem in LAX, SLC or ATL.

But, if you are just on CO and using PCs, they should have yoru # in the system [though the printout could be a good safety net].
