Standby question
 
My wife and I are booked, in early Nov, on a flight from ROC-EWR and then EWR-GLA. There is about 2 hours between arrival of the first and departure (they have changed the schedule slightly - there had been more time when booked). The flights are still a legal connection BUT, the last week or so, the ROC-EWR flight has been arriving to late to meet the GLA flight.

Any suggestions on my options? Are we limited to trying to standby for an earlier flight on day of departure? We have no status on CO.

If CO changed the schedule at all (including to allow less time) then you can call and ask to be placed on an earlier ROC-EWR flight at no charge. Otherwise your only option is to go standby.

We had rain from October 8-14th - pretty much non-stop.
Needless to say there were many delayed flights

Thank you - and right you are. I called CO this morning, they changed me to the next earliest flight, offered to change my retrun from EWR (I turned that down, I'll take my chances on the return). There was no fee and no hassles. Thanks for the advice.
