Online Reservation Schedule Issues!?
I made a reservation on continental.com on Thursday and went back to check today to see if I could get reservations for family members and noticed that my flights wouldn't even show, then when seardhing by schedule noticed a schedule change.
I then went to my offline schedule and looked up the same flights...they were different than the online reservations schedule. Okay, maybe a new offline update hasn't been made available. The weird part is that the online reservation schedule has taken flights that were to change time as of May 2 and reverted them back to the pre-May 2 schedule, which makes no sense. It gets better...I call 1-800-WE-DONT-KNOW as I cannot access my reservation online due to the schedule change and find out that my res has one of the supposed schedule changes but not the other. Okay, maybe the system hasn't fully updated. By now you should be thouroughly confused; I am! Any words or wisdom? Does this happen frequently? The funny/sad part is that this NEVER happens on nwa.com and the only other time that I made reservations directly with CO the same exact thing happened.
