yeah, the co-pilot wanted to hit up the Micky-D's drive thru just south of R22 - it's a long flight afterall and he just wanted more than a meal at meal time. :D

apparently there were solar flares and high levels of radiation over the pole, thus they could not do the usual route.

I'm sure the pax would rather be delayed a few hours than getting microwaved.
