Upgrade CERTS

Does OnePass still issue paper upgrade reward certs for 10,000mi? Can I order a bunch for use next year before the 50% inflationary deadline hits the fan.

Additionally I find no F seats available for next year on the itineraries I usually fly. Is this a systemic strategic move by CO to block use of 10,000mi upgrades and open seats next year when the 15,000 OWU hits?

No.

Yes and No. If you are trying to upgrade a paper ticketed itinerary then you need a paper upgrade certificate. However, you will only get those when you have them applied to a flight already planned to upgrade.

Make that - they will usualy charge you $100 "pre-paid" fee for using an e-cert on paper tickets where a paper certificate is needed but they don't have time to send it to you.
