Help with seatmap.com
 
I am flying Flt 749 7/2 SFO - EWR connecting to Flt 1926 7/3 EWR - MBJ. I checked the flights on Seatmap.com and etour and for 1926, seatmap shows 5 available 1st class seats but etour reads C0Z0...which is more likely correct??

The easiest way to find out is to go to the web site and see if you can book a seat in FC.

As of 12:30EST there are two First Class seats available for sale on flt #749.

ITN has a tendency to be more reliable, IMHO. Depends on certain circumstances. seatmap.com will not show airport control seats, etc.

Don't forget to cancel your purchase or log out if you're trying to use continental.com to see if any F seats are available. I once got into a lot of trouble in my younger flying days when I would check CO.ol for F seats and would never cancel the res. The CSR at Logan had to manually cancel the res I made and said because of it the computer would not allow me an upgrade.
