E-Ticket/Online Check-In
I have a CO issued e-ticket for travel DCA<->MIA leaving this Saturday. Outbound, I'm on NW metal and coming back on CO metal. Will I be able to use online check-in outbound or inbound?

Get your NW record locators (by calling NWA) and checkin using those at nwa.com for the NW-operated outbound.

Maybe it's just me, but thus far I have never been able to check-in for a CO flight on NW metal using NWA.com checkin.
I ALWAYS get the helpful "Your Reservation Does Not Qualify for NWA.COM Check-in." Then, once at the airport I often get the equally lovely "Your Reservation Requires Special Handling" meaasge. Over to the agent I go. Further, although not of much consequence nowadays, ny NW portions of CO tickets were always subject to the much-dreaded PPBM on my bags and the "S" on my boarding pass. |
I have an upcoming MR on CO, can I do online checkin for all 6 legs? Travel commences Wednesday night into all day Thursday.
I know with NW checkin, anything more than 2 or 3 legs won't allow you to do online checkin. Unsure about CO. |
I completed a CO mileage run last week. The outbound contained 3 legs all on Continental. The return contained 4 legs, with 2 of them on NW. I was able to use online check in for all of it.
Hope that helps |
