Is there a way to view a reservation online?

Hi,

Could someone please point me in the right direction!

Thank you very good site, but does not work with CO - PNR http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

What system does CO use?
It does not seem to be AMADEUS as it does not recognize the CO - PNR'S

i called the electronic support desk and they told me the same thing about paper tickets.

but, i emailed CO.O.L technical support asking to have the paper tickets put on my online profile so that i could monitor my reservation. about a week later, the reservation appeared.

so, it can be done/added.

Strange. I had a paper ticket 2 weeks ago and I went to co.com and plugged in the PNR and my last name and voila! my ticket appeared. So, the website does work with paper tickets, in my experience.

I tried to add an upcoming itinerary via the website, but got an error message. After calling the support line, they told me that because on 1 of the 4 segments, I'm waitlisted for a first class upgrade, it cannot be viewed. However, I wanted to possibly change seat assignments, but guess I will have to wait until the segment clears. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

Thanks, flyco for this suggestion. I emailed them on a paper ticket itinerary that broke (it was viewable before but no longer was after ticketing), and within a few hours got a response (below) and it worked! It has a new itinerary number, but the same locator number. From the sounds of CO's response you can possibly even login, go to Manage Reservations, and add it yourself.

I am not sure why you were unable to view your reservation or add it into your
profile. However I was able to add it under the Manage Reservation section and
it is now under your current itineraries. If you need further assistance
please contact our support desk at 1-800-300-1547 prompt #2. I do apologize for the
inconvenience.

Thank you for choosing continental.com.

Continental used to use Eastern's System One, which merged with Amadeus. After they decided to do a hosting agreement with EDS the system was integrated into EDS' airline CRS/GDS called Shares.

There is no itinerary display system like checkmytrip.com unfortunately.

Though, Continental.Com (once you're logged in) allows you to view your PNR provided that you use the CO PNR and not the booking system you used's PNR.
