How long it takes to post 1000 miles from Netflix?

I was going to sing up my parents for netflix & for the onepass program. Do you know where that offer is advertised?

i got an offer for 2K. i signed up in early December and never received the miles. netflix says they no nothing about the offer. i sent an email to OnePass.
if i don't get the mileage i am probably going to dispute some of the netflix charges on my mastercard.
