If you really want a higer executive to take notice of your email, try emailing Larry Kellner ([email protected]). I have done so on 3 occasions and gotten a call for "his office" each time. Once I even got a return email saying someone from "my" office will call you (signed) Larry K.
It may or may not have been directly from him, but it made me feel good. A rare example of GOOD PR form CO. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif
