Group sales

I plan to arrange a tour from Fra to EWR for abbout 20-30 people.
Where would I turn to, to get some benefits from CO for the tourguide? http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
What can I expect (miles/ upgrade/ free flight?)?

I have seen tour guides upgraded on several occasions. Don't know if it still happens (this was about 2 years ago)

---As a "tour operator" we often use CO for our groups ---
Internationally they offer a "pre-boarding" if requested.
Usually they do not offer an upgrade to the tour conductor.
If you have a paid ticket you will receive miles.
If you want an upgrade you will have to buy a HKY fare (as normal) procedure.

(domestically---they would off an upgrade if space available).
