new standby rules?
 
I can't seem to find where someone posted that ticketed pax who standby for an earlier flight will be assessed a fee should they clear. Does anyone know what this fee is and whether or not this protocol has been put into effect? Thanks in advance.

i didn't think it was "should they clear." i thought the fee was assessed for all of the extra work required to just monitor the list. so, even if you don't clear you get hit with the $100 fee.
