Missing Segments/Points -- Check Your Balance!
For those who qualify for CO elite levels by segments/points, check your Activity Since Last Statement screen on the website.
My points as of last statement (18-Apr) were 44. The screen now shows a beginning balance of 40. The only thing I can figure (for my acct) is that the calculation is missing the following: 1 segment on NW 1 segment on AS 2 segments for CO Y fare. |
I've seen this type of thing before, it's happened with miles as well.
Not sure what's going on. You really have to keep an eye on them. |
They killed Kenny and stole our miles....You B@STARDS!

I too have been having problems with mileage with partners especially with NW. I have been flying them much more now and yes I have been scoring 100% upgrades but I have to mail my boarding passes in for the last two trips. I know that my account number is in there since I have gotten the upgrades.
Could they be pissy that I am not flying CO and this is their way of retaliation? |

I have the same problem. (Missing EQMs and EQS) Reported it to CO on 4/17/05, they are still working on it. In the meantime, I am unable to access my current activity because " they are working on it".

The soloution is obvious...
They should just trust customers to make their own adjustments to their account :D Think of the savings by us not calling in! Definitely a win-win situation for everyone

Missing NW segments
I was missing 2 NW International segments from March. I mailed in receipts and boarding passes (that had my OnePass # on them) and still no credit after 2 weeks When I asked OnePass what had happened they said they have no record of receiving the receipts and asked for them again!! Kinda difficult to resend originals but fortunately I had photocopied the boarding passes so I sent a copy of the copy! I just checked my account a few minutes ago and the credits have finally shown up!

Just give the One Pass Service Center a call. it is usually all about the agent that you get on the phone. If you dont like the answer, call back. I had a couple NW flights that did not post once and they manually entered them in without my having to send Boarding Passes. All they needed were the flight numbers and airport codes. They posted within 24 hrs.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with OPSS.
Finally, a supervisor hand counted all my segments/points since Jan 1. Tally was 62. System showing 58. I had 4 CO Y fares....maybe only counted those as 1 instead of 2 Who knows... "We've forwarded this to tech support..." |
