Actually I was able to get to 2 F seats. I got the standard song and dance about how the particular agent on the phone has never been able to obtain 2 seats together but they can get seats in J easily. They actually placed me in J on my first attempt. When I called back I cancelled them and told them I wanted F or nothing. I then received a call from Diane at the partners desk(unfortunately I didn't get her last name) and she was able to find the seats I wanted online. So when they say it's impossible the are stretching the truth. I do have to point out that I made the reservations 10 months in advance for April 2003 and was very flexible on the dates. I have also changed my arrival from Auckland to Sydney and was still able to get the seats in F.
