What can I do with CO miles?

I wonder if you could answer this question? I have about 40K miles, but never fly CO. I am 1K on UA and Plat on AA. I do fly AS sometimes, have diners and HHonors. Would love to move them somewhere, where I could use them? Any way to launder to UA?

Laundering of miles will cost you....the conversion is not favorable.

Why dont you just redeem a 25K domestic award for yourself or family, then launder the remaining 15K to Hilton?

Consider moving them all to Hilton, netting 80k HHonors points, though it may take a few uh, months, to complete the transfer (see the Hilton board), as this will get you pretty close to a 6 night stay in Hawaii.

Why not a getaway to say, Costa Rica ? At 35,000 miles, you'd still have some leftover to move into HH account. I just passed 20,000 and don't fly on CO much(AC & NW more)but I'll see if I can let them build up through non-flite promo's, bonuses, etc. and make the 35,000 range.

My wife only had 5k CO miles and I had her move them to HH for 10k. Funny that they told me that this can take up to 60 days. I am still wondering why it can take so long. It has been like 3 weeks and I need them within 2 more weeks to redeem on HH. CO apparently did their part at least that the miles are not in my wife's account anymore, not have not seen them on HH - I may have to call if they do not show up soon.
