Any Continental seating map?

I'll be flying Continental for the first time, and would like to know if there is a seating map that shows a specific flight's current reserved seats vs. available seats. Thank you.

You need to enter your purchased itinerary on continental.com......once you have done that....you can display the seat map...as well as change your seats on-line.

I hope you're in First Class. Otherwise, you have my deepest sympathies.

Yes, I'm in economy. Fortunately, I'm not too tall. Are the seats that bad?

IM4Travel, thanks for the suggestion. However, I've looked all over Continental.com and can't find how to enter the itineary. Any suggestion?

1. go to the web page www.continental.com
2. click on fares and reservations in the left hand corner
3. click on new user registration (top right corner) and fill in the online form.
4. Login into your account
5. Click on my itineraries (top right corner)
6. Click on add a purchased itinerary
7. Enter your last name and confirmation code and click submit
8. once you see you itinerary, there will be a button at the bottom that says “Save this itinerary” or something like that. Click on it
9. It should now be listed on your “my itineraries” page.
10. Click on the itinerary you want to view.
11. About a third of the way down on the right it should say “change/view seats”. Click on this to see the seat map.

You will only need to register once, so the process is a lot quicker for adding future itineraries.

exit row benches are fine. particularly if you are on a particular configuration of a 737 where in one aisle the exit row windows have no seats in front of them.

See if you can get the bulkhead aisle or window. They are usually satisfactory.
