Im scheduled EWR-SJU fl# 1943 and SJU-EWR fl# 1944 and my itinerary shows booking class "D BusinessFirst." Is there a difference in FC to SJU? I know the seats are the same as domestic.

It should say "Business" class. CO started calling what used to be "First Class" "Business" class a few years ago on routes to Latin America and the Caribbean.
So now, CO has four classes, but always coach and one premium class on every mainline jet. That's coach, first class, business, and BusinessFirst. Elites can get complimentary upgrades on all jets except those with BusinessFirst to international destinations and Hawaii. Edited to add "to international destinations and Hawaii". ------------------ I am not a sanctioned representative of Continental on these boards, just an interested participant.
