Pretty darn good. We whizzed through in about 15 minutes and there were two planes that had just landed. Don't let them push you in to a line. Pick the line you want and ignore the "line monitors."

Yes, you do have to clear INS in your city of entry, collect your bags and then clear customs. Sorry, just the way it is--int'l. and domestic have to be segregated.
