Do the RJs coming off of international flights at Houston use the gates at Terminal D? Or is their an FIS station in Terminal B?

From what I've seen, they park on the hardstand outside Term D and are bussed to the terminal for immigration and customs. The aircraft is then taken back to Term B for its next flight.
