CO Select question
Does anybody know if according to the CO Select rules a ticket booked in N (outbound) and X (return) counts as round-trip or OW? I'm not clear whether both segments have to be booked at least in B or just the first one.

I think just first one
I don't know the rule but I think only the first one is needed based upon my past experience with CO select. The offers are all targeted with different requirements so your offer might be different.

My experience is that outbound and return legs of a RT are counted individually for CO Select purposes (meaning that the outbound in a qualifying fare gets you half a credit, and the return in a non-qualifying fare gets you no credit).

To quote the mailer I recieved "Each round trip will be calculated as one credit toward your goal. A one-way ticket will count as a half-credit."
Since X is not a qualifying fare, I'm guessing that you'll get a half-credit. Good luck though. |

Thanks for your help. After reading the info I decided to speak to OP rep. Outbound in Y, return in X counts as half credit. You really have to book on co.com. Otherwise, if you book through corporate office like me, the return trip will often be in lower fare than B. This is SO not worth the trouble... :td:
