HNL "Z" class availability?

Am I correct in assuming that "Z" is the reward travel class for CO flights to HNL?

I'm looking at random dates in March from LAX and they're Z9 across the board. I find it hard to believe that if I were to call I would be allowed to book such a seat.

How does the "E" class relate to reward seats/upgrades on this route? Can I extrapolate some other availability information from the E class?

I have booked seats in BF IAH->HNL for Memorial Day, and they are booked in Class U. I believe coach is class V. These are both using EasyPass - I don't know if that makes a difference or not...

On Sunday I booked two B/F reward seats EWR-HNL (for my daughter's honeymoon) and the fare code was U. Had to pay 120,000 each for easypass rewards.

Nevermind, I get it now. I accidentally misread something.

Wow, now I am REALLY confused.. this "U" is a new class to me.. Your tickets actually SAY "U" class? On CO flt and metal? Since I have never tried to book EasyPass BF to HNL before, it coulda been there all the time. I just thought it came outta J (hence EASYpass).

Fish:
They actually say "U". This is the first time I have seen this also.

LOL, my BC KLM tkts say "C", as in "C ya later" to those 200,000 miles, times FOUR. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif

"C" is good. I fly NW on upgraded NW tickets using OnePass miles a lot to Asia. As CO issues these NW tickets, the code for WBC is all over the lot. The last one was "D" which is suppsoed to be for a free WBC ticket, meaning I had to send in the stubbs to get the miles credited. I have also seen M and C. C is the best, since if you miss a connection, in the chaos of rebooking people, NW will generally miss youy paid a low upgraded fare and rebook you on any airline in C class (This happened when we missed a connection in NRT and NW put us in C on MH). If they see something other than C, they may well try to put you in coach for a missed connection on another carrier.
