KL miles post?
Has anyone recieved credit for flying KLM in January? Did double miles also post under the current One Pass promotion?
|
I received credit for one segment of a KLM round trip that I flew on Jan 15th. I received the elite bonus, but not the promotional bonus (I haven't received anything yet for the 2nd leg, which I flew on Jan 21st). As was discussed here before, I am not worried about the 2nd bonus. I am sure CO will review the accounts periodically and add the bonus to all of the qualifying accounts. |

you better pursue it now. i had the same thing happen last year. i flew KL metal/NW flight numbers JFK-AMS-ALA return LED-AMS-JFK and it took forever to get the miles posted.
CO kept telling me that they couldn't verify the flight number from AMS-ALA. took 3 requests before the finally credited the miles to my account, and it was done in the from of an adjustment, not the actual flight. the OP rep who finally helped me told me that if the 3500 miles would be needed to get me to the next elite level, that she would make the adjustment. but i made plat despite the offer. ------------------ Bad Gordon! i wouldn't exactly lose sleep over it. i don't think they are going to try to pull a fast one. they advertised the hell out of the link up, after all.

Job security, you know... My rule of thumb is 2 tuesdays. if hasn't posted by the second tuesday after travel, i send it in. seems CO (Continental) runs the update tape from partners on Monday nights, in my experience. I spend more time on NW (Northwest) that CO (again, Continental), especially now that I'm flying AA (American) more. All my OP (OnePass) flying will be on partners during this CY (calendar year)... ------------------ Bad Gordon! No Freddie for you! |
