Onepass Statement schedule?
 

Is there any kind of schedule that the statements are on? Sometimes I get one every month, and sometimes its 2 or 3 months in between them (even if I fly during that period). Does anyone know how they are scheduled?

I think that they're at the mercy of their incompetent IS/IT department.

The normal pattern is 4 or five weeks ending on a Sunday, when the Double Miles promotion went live they went almost 10 weeks, Expect that to repeat, because they will not want to send out statements with the crap that's showing right now.

Keep an eye out for disapearing items

It depends on which group you're in. Elites get a statement every 5 weeks. If you have no activity, you don't get a statment at all. If you're not elite, but do have activity, expect a statment every three months. I use to fall in and out of the various "statement cycles" with regularity, meaning I never knew WHEN I was going to get a statment. Now, I get an online statment, so I get it every month whether there's activity or not.

Maybe we're supposed to get them every 5 weeks, but I rarely do. It is 6 weeks and counting now, only 4 weeks last time, and 14 weeks before that. I'd like to be on a normal schedule like every 5 weeks.

same here, my last statement was in early november. went from gold to plat in that time, and nothing. made plat before 12/15, but still haven't gotten the welcome kit.
