Refunds
 

I had two tickets purchased from Skyauction.com for travel 9/12 ewr-cdg. I am still awaiting credit. Skyauction blames Continental. Has anyone else received a refund for 9/11 or 9/12 tickets? How long did it take?

I did - refunds posted within two weeks. I would call.

it took about 6 weeks for my 9/13 ticket to get refunded. but i had paid cash, and had to wait for a check. and my hunch is that CO was waiting for the bailout money before they refunded any potential "unsecured creditors".

if you haven't received a refund, and paid by a credit card, i would dispute the charge with your credit card company. that usually wakes a merchant up. sounds like everyone is playing "pass the buck" in your case...
