<< Eight segemnts can be done with back to back roundtrips to either AUS, SAT, or DFW depending on the fare offered or city preferred. >>

You didn't get any complaints from CO about back-to-back?

No complaints from continental at all.

It appears that there were at least three persons that day that did the same thing. One other passenger went to DFW, another went to AUS, and I did AUS and SAT on a back to back roundtrip. The only comment that we received was, "Are you trying to keep your status?" We all said, "Yes!!"

IT was fun!!

I do believe that back-to-back ticketing is specifically prohibited in CO's COC.

BTW, I hope that an agency did not ticket this for you, as CO is VERY...and I mean VERY.. nasty to agencies who ticket back-to-backs: its called 'the debit memo'.

It is possible to fly to and from a hub in the same day without it being back-to-back. Could you provide the itinerary you took, so we can say for sure if it's back-to-back? End-on-end (a.k.a. nesting) is OK. For example, EF-AUS via IAH and AUS-DFW via IAH in the same day is fine.
