Which planes have Air Show
 

I know that 777's, 767's, and DC-10's have Air Show (Moving map with altitude, speed ect..) but what other planes in the CO fleet have them? I have heard from people that 737-800's have them but I have yet to see that for myself, and I have been on quite a few 738's. Do the new 739's and 73G's have them? Thanks for any info, very curious.

The DC-10s are gone, so you can axe them.

The 737-800s all have this capability, and I assume the 737-900s do as well. The 737-700s are NOT all equipped with this, but I believe some of the later deliveries are.

The 757s do NOT all have this capacity, but the International ones do.

And of course the 777s and 767s have all this and much much more.

The 733, 735 and M80s have nothing.

Actually some 737-300's have audio on them, however none I have been on have airshow. These -300's were equiped with monitiors a few years back when they were used on some east to west flight I believe. I got one on a PHX-CLE flight with old fashion screens in the middle, and in walls of the bulk in first.

Does watching the Miles or Kilometers and time make the flight seem longer and slower? Or does it seem shorter?

Longer and slower in my opinion.

It'd very neat to look up every now and then to see how much progress you've made, though.

That is the same as my experience. Leaving it on, while you nap or such, makes the distance and time to touchdown longer!

The best part of all of it, is having the CORRECT times at all the right places.
