Oh, I thought I was the one who dropped the vowel or was it a consonant. I hate it when JonNYC poses those open-ended questions. Some of my grade school teachers used to mutter "Button that fly" and all the boys would look down {and a couple of the more-mature girls would look around).
I have a question for arya alliance. You proudly (and so properly and correctly, I might add) typed in your inimitable typing style "also i graduated from columbia and georgetown with a mba." I assume these are institutions of higher learning. Exactly from which was your "mba" from? Another question arya alliance, as you state "lots of miles that are worthless i am proud too sell my miles". I could probably relieve you of those WORTHLESS miles and set you free again. How many WORTHLESS miles are you offering to get rid of and exactly what is your price? Lastly and absolutely, I did not question your intelligence. I never would, but some others have occasionally questioned mine. I questioned only the physical locations and the physical appearances of the physical objects having size, shape and mass that you mentioned, and I quoted in questions 1-4 above. Please reread and review my exact questions. We can discuss your intellectual qualities in future correspondence should you desire. Those of JonNYC have been exhaustively discussed in other threads. He is truely intelligent and has often been certified as such. MisterNice |
MisterNice;
I did an exhaustive search on "JonNYC" and "intelligent" or "genius" and came up with, well, "no results." When I plugged in "JonNYC" and "moron" or "putz" I got positive hits that were spread among several pages... Disheartening to say the least. |
Continental was geat for miles and upgrades, but is terrible for redemption. I am amazed that for having over 1M on them I cannot confirm a Business First ticket to Hawaii or Europe. On American,Delta,United if you have the miles it's yours. If your a loyal One Pass member (like I was) just wait to you have a off year, I got knocked down to nothing and to use my miles it was good luck. So the same I say to you!

JonNYC- No, not really. I came up with the same exact same result. I was actually referring to someone else, but I misplaced my Costco reading glasses and your name was the shortest one I could think of in my quasi-blinded state. Try using "schmuck" or "schlemiel" (without the " ") along with "JonNYC" , again without the " ". I hear you get a lotta hits. Try the same thing with "MisterNice" instead of "JonNYC" etc if you really want to fill your page with blue words (all in a line). Sorry, I gotta go. I hear some "really HOT chicks" are hanging out at the Botero Bar at the Grand Wailea http://www.grandwailea.com/Website/P...neral/home.asp tonight and there are only 6 Japanese tourists in all of Maui. NW WBC versus UA C? I like the former because it offers more room, better food and far less venomous service staff. But this is hardly the proper board for this particular comparative analysis... and, having read this thread, it looks as if actual, reasoned debate and discussion is going by the wayside. So never mind.

I am a CO flyer and very much want to switch t UA! If you got it based on your CO status,I would very much like to hear about it. [This message has been edited by writetorich (edited 10-27-2001).] |
Arya?Alliance: It amuses me that someone who supposedly graduated Gynasium and has an MBA never learned to capitalize. Are not all nouns in Deutsch capitalized?

Back on topic do you guys think one pass
is overated or not. Trans atl. and trans pac. speaking to upgrade is minumum 1,000 or more. Whether it be on con-tinental or northworst. Calling hawaii international is a joke. All I'm saying is that continental does not care what we say, I don't think any of you suggested the new hokey upgrade enhancements. Altough I'm new to mileage plus they seem to fight for the customer. United might suck but not the program,just like continental good airline one pass sucks. Just my opinion. |
O.K. terrific.

whatever you say...Arya...go to UA and one less competitor for my upgrade... http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

All I'm saying is that continental does not care what we say.</font> However, CO offers the full "international" BF product on the HNL routes, with all the benefits: increased legroom, wide seat, better entertainment, food/beverage, lounge access, etc. I think CO is doing exactly the right thing regarding service to HNL - they are providing service on par with their international BusinessFirst routes, and the upgrade policy matches. If you prefer domestic upgrade rules for HNL, there are plenty of other carriers willing to provide you with inferior service on that route. |
