EQM reduction
 

i looked at my online statem,ent after a trip to san juan. much to my suprise two of my previous flights were "re evaluated" and reduced in both points and segments.

my bookings have to go through a corporate on line booking agency, thus reduced eqms, given the fare codes that we have to purchase.

made plat for the last 4 years - doesnt look too good given what is going on here for this year. the upgrades generally come through although i dont know if that is a good enough trade off for reduced miles and future status

You might want to call the OPSC, espescially if you have a receipt that indicated 100% EQM for your trip. Quite often I have found that the EQM valuation goes haywire if there are any changes to your record, including upgrades or the like.
