CO reported to sell COExpress in IPO

The WSJ Online this morning (7/9/01) is reporting that CO will offer COExpress in an IPO to boost their stock and potentially avoid a fight with the Pilots union over who flies what size (by seats) jet.
No timeline given and no name of the source person(s) provided.
