March Statement still NOT posted?
 

It seems like CO is able to post our statements electronically, usually around 10 days after the statement close date. I continue to receive a message on my "Activity since last statement" page that this is all activity "since last statement of 4/3/01". Well, it is now April 25th, and the statement ending 4/3/01 is STILL NOT on my dropdown list of choices. Anyone else having this problem?

It has been 7 weeks since my last statement of 3/1. I wouldn't be surprised if it is another few weeks before anything posts or is updated. Not even going to try and figure out what the possible problem is. After all...my account balance seems to be right, and that's all that matters to me.

This happens to me often. Last time it happened I got the correct miles... BUT the statment actually was skipped. So I had to call one pass and get a paper run down. So last year I got 11 one line statements. I also do not have a statement since 3-4.
