EQM Codeshare Question
 
Im flying on a KLM coded flight from NRB to AMS on KLM Flight #4340 operated by
KENYA AIRWAYS -- KQ 0116 . Will this flight earn me One Pass EQM miles ?
This will all be ticketed through KLM .

Not unless between now and when you fly KQ and CO become partners. Who operates the flight is what matters, not who it's sold as.

If it is a KL flight number, and one of the fare codes for EQMs,
you just may luck out.
