EUA on flights to Brazil

EUA on flights to Brazil
I was told by OnePass today that flights to Brazil do not have BF configiration and can be upgraded through the EUA system. Has anyone had this experience???

Whoever you talked to doesn't know what they are talking about. All CO flights to Brazil are equipped with Business First. The only way to ride up front is to pay or use miles.
