OCTOBER STATEMENTS ....
 

I still do not have an october statement posted and this makes me mad. In my mind, they should not solicite for paper statement supression unless they can live up to their promises.

I was on a flight this week from SFO-EWR and breifly read through this months continental mag. In the magaize their was a small article on how continental thinks their website is state of the art -- ROFL ..and the best airline website out there ... what a joke!

Yep, they are pretty slow on their online statements. I'm still waiting for mine.

Nontheless, it's still a pretty good website.

PhantomeSea and SemiElite, it appears that most of us have received our new statements. Are you sure you are getting the latest version of your statement web page with your browser or your server, rather than a previously viewed version page stored in your cache or stored with your server? I'm not trying to get too technical, but that may be another possibility.
