Advance Time for Free Flights
 

Does anyone know what the maximum advance time is allowed for free flights to Hawaii. Last time I tried, I called 6 months in advance for two First (Business) Class tickets from EWR to HNL, and was told that they were all gone. I had thought that you could only reserve 6 mo. ahead. We had to go Coach instead (sob, sob!).

We plan on going again in a year or two, but it is difficult to make specific plans that long in advance.

The flights you wanted to take have a BusinessFirst cabin/service. Therefore, the 30 day rule is in effect (no BF seats given out until 30 days before departure). Usually no exceptions, but the waitlist will clear.

I called to see about a FC reward seat in mid to late OCT for the PIP. CO had no seats but they put me on NW and I got to meet up with Jamiel on the way to the PIP. So I got my reward tix for 60K miles within about 15 days to takeoff.
