Anyone Know about the "D" fare code??

Looking at ITN I now see the "D" fare code between the A seats and the F seats. The A's are full fare FC and F's are used for FC upgrades, but what are the D's used for? Anyone have an idea?

I'm 95% certain that "D "represents Business Class. While CO has no domestic Business Class, having a D category provides a way for reservations systems to give a FC seat to persons connectiong to a CO flight from an international flight in which they travelled Busienss Class.

I thought J was Business Class and D was a discounted FC.

"D" is upgrade to Int'l Business-First, and "E" is free-award Int'l Business-First.
("E" does not show on ITN-based Internet CRS's)
