Always be nice to the Phone agents...
Well I just got off the phone w/OP, called to get my upgrade on my Sunday return filght ORD-CHI. The agent could not find my reservation using the confirmation code. But found it when she looked by flight number. She then informed me that my reservation had been severed from my companion's. I asked why and she said that it was done on wed. and I had already been upgraded on Sun. return. Then I remembered...
I was especially chatty with the agent,and she with me, when I called on Wed for today's flight. Thank you very much for the Wed. upgrade of the Sun. flight. (Two days early.)
She would have had my undying love if she had upgraded Kay too.... (I'll try at the airport.)
