Need Miles

Does anybody know how I can get continental onepass points fast by other means than flying. (eg: buy a cellphone and get 7000 miles, buy a coffee maker and get 1500, etc.)??? I reside in Canada, so the telephone partners are no goog for me.

Here is a few suggestions for you:

Get 15,000 miles for opening up Brokerage Acct:
1) Open an Clickrewards account using this link: www.clickrewards.com/ca3x . This will give you triple miles on purchases.
2) Open on an e*trade account, deposit $5,000 in cash or stock transfers and get 5,000 clickrewards points (which are then tripled).
see: http://www.clickrewards.com/offers/etrade.html
3) Transfer clickrewards points to Continental.
p.s. - Also, visit clickrewards for various other myriad of earning opportunities.

If a you are a new OnePass member, buy an Priviledge pack, get up to 7,500 miles
see: http://www.onepass.com/packs.htm

Get a Chase Credit Card, get 6,000 signup bonus, plus 1 mile for every dollar charged.
see: http://www.chase.com/creditcards/01/...ntinental.html

Buy Flowers, get 300 points:
see: http://www.flowerclub.com/continental

Go out to eat at a OnePass dining restaurant. Free signup, earn 10 miles for every dollar charged. Call 1-800-555-5396

Lastly, rent a car or stay in a hotel (both non-flying events) with a OnePass partner that doesn't require a flight in conjunction.

There's also a way to purchase those extra miles directly, though, because I've never been that desperate, I've never done it. The cost is $25/1000 miles. It's a framed site so I can't take you there directly, but go to www.smartflier.com , click on "deals for each airline" then "Continental" for more details. There you will find other ways to get those miles as well, some of which were mentioned above.

Good luck and...

Caution! You can only buy 20% of the miles you need for an award.

Just editing to see if I still exist!!!
