your OnePass account. Get there through www.flycontinental.com

I went to the Onepass site and could not find the 500 bonus mile survey. Can you please post more specific information about how to find it? Thanks.

You have to log on to your account (where it tells you how many miles you have in your account). You will find the pointer to the survey there.

it is highly encouraged that employees use
Continental as carrier of choice.

You are welcome jaws, and thank you for the tip. I have not had any activity on my Continental account for a while now, hopefully this will extend the life of my remaining 25K Continental miles (I know Continental miles do not expire but have heard of cases where Continental closed accounts which were inactive for a long time). So for me the miles were less important than getting some activity on my account.

Thanks for the tip...i have been trying everything to make up the 20,000 mile deficit for a first class upgrade. This has included switching phone companies more than once...(and telling them that they sent me an offer for 5,000 miles!) and getting 1,000 miles for using mci cellular, etc. Again, thanks for the tip.

Jms: If you switch dont mind switching
long distance carriers very couple of months. Try adding another phone line :)
Gives you more phone lines to switch and
collect miles.

Last time I logged in to check whether the 500 miles had been credited (they had), I did not see the survey link. I thought that it was not there because I had already filled in the survey.
