Ways to Upgrade
 
I am a Delta Platinum flying CO on a Y ticket next week. Any way to upgrade without buying a first class ticket?

Well, if you're on a Y fare the upgrade is free. Though you'll have the lowest priority and have to wait until all the other elites are upgraded first.

Valid Fare basis codes include YA3, Y8 and Y1 ticketed in Y class of service.
