CO Chase card holders can pay $99 and get double OP miles for a year on CO metal flights paid for with the card.

And of course there are those 100% extra miles for some of the new routes CO starts. Oxaca and many of the unknown pueblos in Mexico (thanks to snake for the terminology) had extra NonePass miles when the flights were started.

i paid $100 last december to get 50% bonus miles on all my flights up to 10k miles for 2004. i think they offered this for 2003 as well, but i did not participate.

i dont remember what it was called. if im not mistaken i recently read a post saying that you could still pay this fee and that they would credit all your past and future 2004 flights up to 10k total bonus miles.

I already get 50% bonus miles being a Silver Elite. Can I pay and get an additional bonus? And is this bonus on (an an example) 1000 flown miles, or the 1500 total miles? (I'm guessing it's the former). Also, since I've flown almost 40k this year, can I get more than 10k miles?
Thanks...
