Tragic event, but ridiculous that CO was found liable originally. I didn't realize their argument was that the plane had already caught fire . . . but even if not Concorde should have had tires that didn't disintegrate when hitting a piece of metal and then ripped the fuel tanks to pieces when they did (a problem it had previously had, in fact).
