Is the Regional Premier Upgrade good for a one way upgrade on flights from EWR to HNL that contains more than 1 segment?

Does the RPU replace the Award Miles and the Service Fee?

all HNL-USA flights (n/s or multi-segement) are RPU eligible and multiple connecting segements (with no stopover of more than 4 hours) can be upgraded by a single RPU.

RPU is an alternative way to upgrade -- Miles & Copay is still available.

RPUs are earned by elites -- 2 for 75K PQMs and 2 more for each additional 25K PQMs.
