United Fare availability via website

There's a new functionality on continental's website (I'm assuming a transfer over from United's old system) that lists ticket fares available...example given below.

$465
Lowest Fare

Depart:
7:04 p.m.
Sun., May. 6, 2012
Houston, TX (IAH - Intercontinental)

Arrive:
10:52 p.m.
Sun., May. 6, 2012
Detroit, MI (DTW)
Travel Time:
2 hr 48 mn
OnePass Miles/
Elite Qualification*:
1,096 /100%
Flight: CO1732
Aircraft: Boeing 737-700
Fare Class: Economy (V)
Availability
F7, JN7, A7, ZN7, P7, PN7, R0, RN0, IN0, I0, Y9, YN9, B9, M9, E9, U9, H9, HN9, Q9, V9, W9, S9, T9, L9, K0, G0, N0, XN0, X0

The search shows lowest fare available as V but that little minilink shows L, T, S...etc available. So is it not giving the lowest fare available?

Yeah I noticed that the actual fare classes were shown earlier but now "availability" is visible but how come the pricing doesn't give the lowest fare as seen on that "availability" tab?
