EWR to/from DEL or BOM: which easiest for SWU use?
 

Need to travel onwards to/from India and wondering if there's a general consensus on whether DEL or BOM is easier for a high-tier elite to clear into BF using SWU? Assume that Tues and Wed are the easier days of the week both directions?

The best is to search for flight which has upgrade space with miles, if you can upgrade with miles you will be able to upgrade with SWU.

For waitlist Look at the seat maps for next 2 - 3 days and upgrade lists, it will tell you (for current day travel) that people are getting upgraded from the wait-list, or that there are passengers on wait-list waiting to be upgraded...
