What is the deal with calling One Pass?

Currently on hold approaching 1 hr. I consider that fortunate because the first few tries I couldn't even get in queue just, "we're too busy, call back later, bye."

This has been going on for weeks.

As have been the 1000 or so threads pointing it out for the last several months. Good thing you added another one.:rolleyes:

That's helpful. Thanks.

Instead of expending time and effort being flippant, how about someone make this topic sticky so it appears at the top of the threads if it is, in fact, that common?

Oestensibly they don't want to talk to you. Or anyone else who started a new thread on this in the last 2 months instead of posting in an existing one.

Let me help explain why:

From FT FAQ:

Use the Search Feature - link to this guideline
Before starting a thread, use the search feature to see if there's a recent thread on your topic. Many questions come up repeatedly on FlyerTalk. If you're wondering about a specific Hilton property in Chicago, for example, there's a good chance a thread - or 10 - already exists. The search link is located in the navigation menu near the top of the Forums page. Keeping information on the same topic confined to as few threads as possible helps members quickly find the information they need.

All good points, but the more salient issue is the fact that PMCO persists so blatantly in providing profoundly insufficient service in this area.

Had this happened a few times, or for a short time period, fine.

But the fact that it has literally been going on for months and that PMCO has apparently done little or nothing to remedy the problem is the real outrage.
